ATHLETIC TRAINING

 

We provide performance training for athletes from all sports. Combining sport and position specific training methods, we will be able to increase your speed, strength, agility, power and coordination.

 

Using different resistance training methods such as resistance cords, shutes, band techniques, foot quickness drills and treadmill speed training, The Edge hits every aspect of sports performance conditioning.

 

You will:

  • increase your vertical and explosive power

  • See your 40yd dash time improve week to week

  • Endurance to last the whole game being one step ahead of the competition

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Training involves understanding the specific goals of each individuals' needs.

 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, get lean and/or just improve your overall health, our sessions will provide the guidance you need for accomplishment!

 

We also provide nutrition and diet plans to help each person reach their goals of fitness and health.

 

Exercise, I know, gets repetitive and boring! And that is the reason why we provide creative, fun, and effective workout routines to get you where you want to be!
